I have read books that described a landscape with gorse, but until now, I will freely admit I never really knew what gorse looked like.

I missed this earlier in the week so lovely to find now. It's certainly a faithful companion, the gorse here, and lights up those grey days.
I've never looked at gorse like that before, our fields are covered with it. Would it be a good flower/bush to have a small cutting in the house? We could do with a little restoration in the faith side of life at the moment.
